spironolactone weight gain after stopping evecare

Posted over a year ago excessive weight gain muscle fatigue, joint pain shortness of breathe. I have saddle bags and a belly!!! I thought I just had to amp up the workouts and cut out more carbs. Spiro did not help with my oily skin like the derm said it would, but it did improve its texture. Anyway, I'm currently 100% clear and I'm terrified to mess something up .
